====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 573 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section (s) 413, 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 13.10.2018 having clean antecedent. They were found sitting on the Motorcycle bearing registration No. BR29G-0786, which was seized by the police on the pretext that the same was stolen one. He further submits that aforesaid Motorcycle was driven by co-accused Afzal Imam. Petitioners have no knowledge about ownership of the aforesaid Motorcycle. They were merely sitting on the aforesaid

Petitioners are in custody since 13.10.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 573 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
