2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is aggrieved by the order dated 03.09.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13162 of 2024. Counsel further submits that it is true that the order has been passed by the Service Grievance Redressal Officer, but he is still aggrieved by this order.

3. It is made clear that this order has been passed under Bihar Government Servants Grievance Redressal Rules,

Patna High Court MJC No.235 of 2025(4) dt.22-01-2026 2/2 2019, under which, there is a statutory provision to prefer appeal if any party is aggrieved from the order passed by the Service Grievance Redressal Officer.

4. As such, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped and the present M.J.C petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order if aggrieved, before the appellate forum under Bihar Government Servants Grievance Redressal Rules, 2019.
