The petitioner seeks bail in Patepur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2007, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named five persons and alleged that accused persons had come to kill his son. Three persons, namely Arun Kumar Singh, Kapildeo Thakur and Abhyanand Prasad Singh were also killed in the house of Bachcha Prasad Singh. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case on the basis of confessional statement made in Deoria P.S. Case No. 30/2014. Except the confession there is no tangible material against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28599 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 136/2007.
