The bail petition of petitioner was lastly rejected on 19.01.2021, vide Cr.Misc. No. 32822 of 2020.

On last occasion, vide order dated 09.03.2022, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that all the private witnesses have been examined and only doctor and I.O. have remained to be examined, for which, summon has also been issued.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2018, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
