The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. is against unknown for murder of son of the informant.

Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence and only on suspicion, this petitioner has been made accused in this case. As a matter of fact, at the time of occurrence, this petitioner was out of station. Only material, that has come during course of investigation against this petitioner, is that he has also taken money from the deceased on loan. Save & except this, there is no other material against this petitioner to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8114 of 2023(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 4th (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S.
