2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 978 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 74, 75, 76, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(1)(w), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(r) of the SC/ST Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of having attempted rape with the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has not opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 978 of 2024.
