2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 141 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the present bail application of the petitioner stands dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to appear before the learned District Court and make prayer for regular bail.

5. The learned District Court is directed to pass a
