The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2020 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 123 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/413/414/420/ 467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice. The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2020. The petitioner has two cases against him.

Considering the entirety of the fact, the petitioner is granted bail, subject to the condition that he will regularly appear in the trial Court and will not delay the trial.

No.6123 of 2022(3) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, VI, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 123 of 2020.

The District Judge, Gaya, is directed to get the trial of the case expedited so that the trial may conclude within a year. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the District Judge, Gaya, through FAX and e-mail forthwith. Non co-operation of the petitioner in the trial will result in the cancellation of bail.
