Patna High Court CWJC No.1790 of 2019(3) dt.18-07-2022 2/3 order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 has been passed by the Circle Officer, Ghoswari, District-Patna. Thus, it is submitted that Circle Officer, Ghoswari, DistrictPatna be directed to dispose of the aforesaid encroachment case, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners herein by passing the final orders under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Ghoswari, District-Patna to consider the objection filed by the petitioners in the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 1 /2018-19 and pass the final order within a period of twelve weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is needless to state that till the final order is passed by the Circle Officer, Ghoswari, District-Patna in the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 1/2018-19, status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained.
