2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition during course of the day.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 346, 367(ii)(iii) 373, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 8 of POCSO Act, Section 3, 4, 5, 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and Section 75 of the J.J. Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have involved in the immoral trafficking of girls.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and allegation against him during investigation is that he too visited orchestra

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th A.D.J.-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), West Champaran at Bettiah/concerned Court below in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 681 of 2022.
