JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to return Rs.22,50,000/- to the informant in instalments.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad Police Station Case

1. Petitioner would return Rs.2 lacs to the informant within a period of two weeks of his release.

2. Rest amount of Rs.20,50,000/- must be paid by the petitioner to the informant within further six months in three equal instalments.

3. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not fulfil the condition of bail, the court below shall cancel his bail bonds and if he fulfils the condition, his provisional bail shall be confirmed by the court below itself.
