The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 365 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The daughter of the informant was married to Sonu Kumar Yadav. On 04.03.2015 the informant got information from her son-in-law that her daughter was missing. The informant alleged that her son-in-law and other family members of her sonin-law were always threatening the informant and her daughter. It is submitted that petitioner is brother-in-law of the Soni Kumari, daughter of the informant. The petitioner has got no manner of concern with Soni Kumari and her husband Sonu

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28400 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 Kumar Yadav. It has come during the course of investigation that Soni Kumari was suffering from some mental illness and she was under treatment of Dr. Arun Kumar Agrawal. The petitioner is in jail since 10.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Islampur P.S.
