2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and another co-accused were caught while they had gone to commit a crime. One country made pistol was recovered from the petitioner and blade etc was also recovered from the petitioner which was being used to cut the bags etc., of persons who withdraw their money from the bank.

4. Petitioner is accused in five more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the fact that petitioner has been caught on the spot and has criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner.

7. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
