JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2024 Upon hearing Mr. Dhurjati Kumar Prasad, learned G.P.-14 for the opposite parties, the Court is of the considered opinion that this Court's order dated 06.10.2021 passed in CWJC No.16204 of 2016 has been substantially complied with inasmuch as the petitioner has been reinstated in service and his arrears of salary and other entitlements have been calculated and major part of the amount has already been paid to him. It has been stated that the process of payment of rest of the amount is underway.

2. Considering the aforesaid submission, in the Court's opinion, no case of willful disobedience of this Court's order is made out for this Court to initiate contempt proceeding

Patna High Court MJC No.126 of 2022(5) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 against the opposite parties.

3. The contempt proceeding stands dropped accordingly.
