JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel, appearing for Union of India. Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and it is stated that petitioner deposited huge amount in the name of Sri Ram Tapasya Yadav in bank. Admittedly, the aforesaid Ram Tapasya Yadav is full brother of the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
