JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and her daughter by catching their hair and so far as giving rod blow to deceased and injured is concerned; the same is against other accused.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
