2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.110 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 385, 387, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a dispute of purely contractual nature related to storage warehouse. No fire arm injury has occurred to anyone. Similarly situated co-accused Kunal Gaurav has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.19548 of 2016. Even earlier, the petitioner was made accused in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.93 of 2016 under Section 387 I.P.C. at the instance of the same

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.110 of 2016.
