18-09-2017 Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the private respondent. Keeping in view the various decisions, which have been taken note of by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna upholding the recognition given by the Madhyama coupled with some more decisions, which have been brought on record in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the private respondent, as annexed including two Division Bench decisions of this High Court, there is no scope for interference with the impugned order dated 21st December, 2016 passed in O.A.

The Writ Application has no merit. It is dismissed.
