Petitioner is said to have given Khanti blow on the head of the injured, Ajeet Sharma but submission on behalf of petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injury. It is pointed out that one injured of counter case, namely, Rameshwar Bind sustained injury on his head said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32023 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Mani Tripathy, J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad.
