Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) For declaration that the Upgraded Middle School Kadhaiya of the Kadhaiya Gram Panchayat Police

Patna High Court CWJC No.4031 of 2020(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/3 Station and Block- Sour Bazar District-Saharsa is suitable for starting class IX teaching from 01.04.20 as per the guidelines/directions of the State Government of Bihar as the same is situated in the centre of the said Gram Panchayat which has no High Secondary School.

(ii) For direction upon the respondents to select the Upgraded Middle School Kadhaiya P.S. and BlockSour Bazar District Saharsa for starting Class IX teaching from 01.04.2020 in place of Middle School Kachra P.S.and Block Sour Bazar District-Saharsa. (iii) For restraining the respondents from taking any action towards the starting of class-IX teaching in the Middle School Kachra P.S. and Block-Sour Bazar District-Saharsa from 01.04.2020.

After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not to be in favour of submission made across the bar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to approach the authorities concerned for highlighting the grievance in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondents, states that any such request shall be dealt with expeditiously and in accordance with law.

Statement is taken on record.

In view of the same, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction that any such request is received
