The petitioner seeks bail in Keoti P.S. Case No. 123 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, one Redmi mobile phone has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the confession of co-accused Madhuresh Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question. Petitioner has been remanded in this case from Keoti P.S. Case No. 122 of 2021 on 16.07.2021 and since then he is in custody.
