The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter but the victim made her statement and disclosed that she was well acquainted with the petitioner and she came in contact with the petitioner and went to Patna and thereafter they went to Jammu & Kashmir. She further stated that the petitioner did not do any illegal acts with her. It appears that the victim was having love affair with the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30434 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in Bikram P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
