Petitioners apprehand their arrest in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. It is further submitted that the specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3728 of 2020(2) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 allegation is against Lalan Kumar Singh and not against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Jagdish/- U
