The petitioner Ranjit Yadav @ Dagra @Daroga wants to renew the prayer of bail which has already been rejected vide order dated 20.8.2014 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 27094 of 2014 on the ground that as a matter of fact there was love affair between the parties and the victim herself went with the petitioner and now under pressure she has given false statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. resulting the petitioner is suffering in custody since 28.10.2013 to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that victim girl is minor and she has supported the allegation of kidnapping as well as rape committed upon her by the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28921 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 In the facts and circumstances as stated above, this court is not inclined to re-consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, again the prayer for bail is hereby rejected in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 269 of 2013. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within three months.
