The name of the petitioner surfaced in this case during course of investigation and accordingly, he was apprehended and some cash, ornaments, mobile set were recovered from his house. The impugned order does not reflect as to whether seized articles were put on test identification or not.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
