The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 195/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Fiber cable was being laid but it was found that 1 km long pipe was cut. The Petitioner along with others were loading the pipes after cutting into pieces. On seeing the informant, they managed to flee away. Name of the petitioner was disclosed by the local people. The Petitioner is not the driver of the vehicle. He has got no criminal antecedent. He is in jail since 04.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
