The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and in fact arms and ammunition have been recovered from the house of co-accused Kanhaia Kumar. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of the said co-accused. He is in custody since 5.10.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
