The present application has been filed for directing the respondents to give the matric trained pay scale to the petitioners from the date of their joining in the right of C.W.J.C. No.6139 of 2007 (Ram Ashish Tiwary and Others vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) dated 31.03.2011 which was upheld by the Division

Patna High Court CWJC No.2445 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 Bench of this Court by the judgment dated 16.08.2017 passed in LPA No.756 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & Ors.). 3.

Considering the reliefs sought by the petitioner, petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order and other supporting documents, before the respondent no.3 within a period of thirty days from today and the respondent no.3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners and dispose of the representation of the petitioners after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, considering the order dated 16.08.2017 passed in LPA No.756 of 2015 and in C.W.J.C. No.6139 of 2007, within one month from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioners.

It is made clear that respondent no.3 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
