The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 278 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(b), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have entered into compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15820 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 278 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
