2. The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2) and 140(3) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the informant submits that petitioners have been declared absconder and thereafter, process of section 84 of B.N.S.S., 2023 (i.e. Section 82 Cr.P.C.) has already been initiated against them to ensure their appearance in the Court.

4. Considering the aforesaid development, petition for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4957 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is dismissed, as not maintainable.
