Considering the fact that Title Suit No. 106 of 2005 is pending before the Sub-Judge-XVI, Muzaffarpur where the petitioner has every opportunity to seek interim protection, the Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution for grant of interim relief. The petitioner is well advised to approach the SubJudge-XVI, Muzaffarpur in pending Title Suit No. 106 of 2005 for interim protection in accordance with law which would be
