The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased lady whose husband is in custody. The allegation is that for not getting a motorcycle, a refrigerator and Rs.2,00000/- in cash, the husband had illtreated and tortured her and subsequently killed her. Submission is that considering the very allegation directed against the husband, the petitioner may be admitted to bail.

Considering the submissions and the allegations, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Akhauri Abhishek Sahai, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut (Gokhulpur) P.S.Case No.384 of 2014.
