For issuance of writ of mandamus and any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the concerned authority to enquire the appointment procedure and functioning of Integrated Child Protection Scheme run by Secretary, Integrated Child

(ii). To cancel the selection of employee which is annexed and mentioned with letter no.- 370/ ft-ck-la-bZ- dated 2-9-2020, as the secretary of the unit has not worked as per norms, rules and guidelines issued by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar and to recover the amount which was misappropriated by the Respondent no.- 7.

(iii). To make an enquiry with respect to appointment of employee of Gango Devi Mahila Vikas Samity and take proper action upon the guilty persons who has violated the norms, procedure in selection of employee."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and disposed of by the Respondent No. 3, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
