JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard Sri Suraj Narayan Prasad Sinha, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner, whose earlier bail application was rejected vide Special Case No. 14 of 2014 on 06.05.2015, has renewed his prayer for bail.

Learned counsel for the State points out that the charges have already been framed and 4 witnesses have already been examined in the matter. Being a case under N.D.P.S. Act., I am not inclined to entertain this application. Needless to say that the trial court would take all expeditious steps to conclude the trial at an early stage. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
