The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 386, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on 10.02.2022 at about 11 AM, while the informant was collecting stand charge the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and 10-15 miscreants armed with pistol and weapons came and abused the informant and thereafter, pointing a gun towards him thrashed him and snatched cash of Rs. 4200/- from him. It is further alleged that accused persons also threatened him of dire consequences if he again comes in bus stand and collects stand charge. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that the entire allegation is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8084 of 2023(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 against co-accused Lal Bihari Yadav. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is no specific allegation of overt act against him.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
