2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer for payment of arrears of salary is pending before the authorities and no decision has been taken. He prays that a direction be given to consider the same expeditiously.

3. Learned counsel for the State and the University do not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which has been made Annexure-2 to the writ petition, in accordance with law,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9510 of 2017 dt.07-08-2017 2/2 expeditiously and latest within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
