The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 25(1-A) and other Sections of the Arms Act.

The police raided the hut situated in Ganga Diyara from which one Irfan @ Pappu was apprehended and from the hut many articles for manufacturing arms were recovered. The petitioner was not arrested on the spot. It is alleged that the hut belongs to the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated accused have already been enlarged on bail vide Cr. Misc. No.23065 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No.30300 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 28.04.2015, the petitioner above named is

No.38034 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Munger in Muffasil P.S.
