The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that her daughter was kidnapped by Ram Babu Sahni and his brother-in-law. The victim was recovered from the house of sister of Ram Babu Sahni. The victim made her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P.C but she did not disclose the name of the petitioner. The victim only disclosed that Ram Babu Sahni put some intoxicant in her mouth and took her to the house of his sister where she was assaulted and ill-treated by Ram Babu Sahni. The victim did not disclose the name of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33008 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur in Motipur P.S. Case No. 62/2015.
