2. The present petition has been preferred :- "for modification of the order in the Cr. Misc No. 67609/24 dated 13.12.2024 to extend the extension of time granted by the Hon'ble Court."

3. The Anticipatory Bail was allowed on 13.12.2024 and the petitioner was to surrender within four weeks and seek bail.

4. Two months later, the present petition has been filed stating that he is an illiterate person and is working out of State.

5. Learned APP submits that for which State and for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9013 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 what period he was there is not on record and it is only an afterthought.

6. This Court is in agreement with the learned APP. Four weeks' time was granted to surrender and as an afterthought, the present modification petition has been filed, which needs to be rejected.

7. Accordingly, the same stands rejected.
