The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
There is case and counter case. The petitioner is alleged to have pierced spear in the neck of Dinesh Singh. On perusal of the injury report, it appears that Dinesh Singh got simple injury.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 528 of 2013.
