The petitioner is accused in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No.67/2015 registered under Sections 379, 420, 460, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/6/10(A) of the Immoral Traffic Act.

The accusation is that the petitioner and other named in the F.I.R got married the daughter of the informant with an unknown. Later on, the informant came to know that her daughter was sold to one Dharmendra Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the marriage of the daughter of the informant was performed with Dharmendra and she was also recovered from his house but due to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19770 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 ulterior motive, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a lady, having no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.11.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S.
