2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For a direction to the respondent Circle Officer, Tribeniganj (Respondent No. 4) to conclude the proceeding of Israil Case No. 63/15-16 as possible as earlier with its logical conclusion.

(ii) Further for a direction to respondent. to hand over the legal possession of the land described in notice of said case.

(iii) To grant any other relief (s0

Patna High Court CWJC No.9857 of 2017(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 for which the petitioner is entitled to get in the eye of law.

3. A counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent no. 2 to 4 has come according to which, the other side was noticed who informed that title suit no. 265 of 2016 is pending before the learned Sub Judge-I, Supaul for declaration of title and possession of the land in question. In that backdrop, the further proceeding was dropped by the Circle Officer, Triveniganj.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the title suit is pending where he shall be fighting the same, in that background, the writ petition be disposed of.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
