The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that apart from confessional statement of the coaccused, there is no other material to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence. It is also submitted that though the petitioner was taken into custody on 31st October, 2015, he has not been put on T.I. Parade till date.

No.21607 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2 / 2 It is further submitted that similarly circumstanced co-accused, namely, Santosh Kumar Mandal has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12907 of 2016. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S.
