The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. It is submitted that name of the petitioner figured in the case from the mouth of informer of the police. The petitioner was apprehended on 29.04.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. parade. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. No looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
