JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel, appearing for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on the latest Circular with regard to the compassionate appointment as contained in Memo No. 7722 dated 15-05-2015 wherein married daughter is also eligible for consideration of compassionate appointment.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to take final decision in the light of the Circular of the General Administrative Department dated 15-05-2015 within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9428 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2018 In case the respondents find that the case of the petitioner is covered by the Circular of State Government dated 27-05-2015, they shall consider the case objectively and pass reasoned and speaking order within the time framed indicated hereinabove.
