JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 29-03-2023 Mr. Vivek Anand Amitesh, learned counsel for the State submits that the direction of this Court in CWJC No. 25071 of 2019 vide order dated 13.12.2019 has been complied with.

This Court had directed the Director, Primary Education, New Secretariat, Patna to afford a hearing to the petitioners and dispose of their representation by a reasoned order within a stipulated period of time.

Patna High Court MJC No.183 of 2020 dt.29-03-2023 2/2 Though by a reasoned order on the representation of the petitioners has been passed but not within the time-limit prescribed.

Nonetheless, this Court finds substantial compliance of this Court's order.

Mr. Pratap Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the very rationale of referring the matter to the Director, Primary Education has been thrown to the winds and a decision has been arrived at without taking into account the real grievance of the petitioner. In that event, the petitioner would be well advised to challenge such decision of the Director, Primary Education before an appropriate forum.
