Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-419, 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that Rs. 2,00,000/- (two lacs) was deposited in the account of the petitioner and, subsequently, it was withdrawn by him, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 261 of 2015 pending in the court of Shri R. K. Bharti, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna City stands rejected.
