The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 406 of the I.P.C.

Allegation against the petitioner is that Rs.26,000/- has been transferred to his account.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Rs.26,000/- is alleged to have been transferred to the account of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.26,000/- in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5942 of 2019(3) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 court below, which shall be subject to final disposal of the case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.26,000/- in the court below, which shall be subject to final disposal of the case. On doing so, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgawn (N.T.P.C.) P.S. case No.375 of 2010.
