The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation as the accused confessed their guilt and disclosed the name of petitioner and others. The looted motor cycle was recovered from the house Pankaj Kumar. Except confession the police did not collect any tangible material. The petitioner is in jail since 22.03.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. parade. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
