JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol, one live cartridges and a Nokia mobile are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. The petitioner is in jail custody since 19.12.2014 and it appears from perusal of para-3 of the petition that when petitioner was arrested in the present case, he was remanded in one case also that is Jalley P.S.Case No. 179 of 2014 and prior to institution of the present case, no any other case had been registered against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29100 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S.Case No. 181 of 2014.
